Real Results Training™ is the only
fully equipped studio on the east side of Metro Detroit specializing in
the Pilates Technique of Strengthening and Conditioning, Gyrotonic®
and Yoga.

The mission of Real Results™
training is to be visionary leaders in the art of implementing
an innovative exercise discipline, which inspires people to
achieve extraordinary results.
Real Results™ teaches Pilates exercises
based on the original teachings of Joseph H. Pilates (1881-1967).
Pilates is a gentle, safe, yet challenging, non-impact exercise. This
form of exercise borrows from yoga, dance, and gymnastics, but also
includes original movements, which distinguishes Pilates from these
other disciplines.
Real Results™ enhances this integrative
approach to fitness by addressing the body as a whole, correcting the
body's asymmetries and weaknesses using current principles of Pilates:
core stability, functional fitness, and balance training.
